During its 2026 season, LIV Golf delivered a multi-stage global event calendar bringing together internal stakeholders, Event Management Companies (EMCs), suppliers, contractors and delivery teams, with some people working across multiple events and others joining for a single tournament.
Centrally co-ordinating operational information across a global network of this scale demands consistency, clarity and a reliable way to communicate change. LIV Golf needed an Event Operations Manual that could remain current as operational requirements changed, while giving everyone involved one trusted place to understand how each event would operate.

LIV Golf used Eventflow as the home of its 170+ page Event Operations Manual, bringing detailed operational information together within one dedicated environment for internal stakeholders and external delivery teams.
Content was organised and fully searchable, helping users reach the information they needed without having to know exactly where it sat within the manual. Team-based user management also enabled different EMCs and delivery groups to be organised within the platform, supporting a delivery model in which the people involved could change significantly between events.
Eventflow gave LIV Golf a central place to manage:
Rather than simply converting a 170+ page manual into a digital equivalent, Eventflow enabled it to become a living operational resource that teams could search, access and return to throughout the season.

A central part of the approach was turning the Event Operations Manual into an active communication channel. When operational information changed, LIV Golf's Event Delivery team could update it in one place and notify users directly through Eventflow.
This reduced reliance on information passing through separate inboxes and organisations. The team had a consistent way to communicate changes to the people using the manual, while engagement data provided greater visibility into whether users were returning to the platform and accessing the latest information.
Feedback from EMCs and LIV Golf staff was positive, with users reporting that they felt better informed about changes as the season progressed.

The Event Operations Manual also became an important onboarding resource.
Experienced team members could use it as a quick point of reference, while people joining LIV Golf, an EMC or an event delivery team for the first time could begin understanding how the event operated before arriving onsite.
This was particularly valuable for contractors, freelancers, new employees and more junior colleagues who might otherwise rely heavily on experienced team members to explain individual elements of delivery.
By making that knowledge accessible in one place, Eventflow helped people get up to speed without placing the same additional demands on the Event Delivery team.
Eventflow provided a single operational source of truth across LIV Golf's global event calendar.
Information could remain in place as the season progressed rather than being distributed independently for each tournament, allowing the Event Operations Manual to remain current as requirements changed.
Updates could be made once, communicated directly and made available to everyone who needed them. Knowledge from one event could be carried forward, changes documented and new requirements incorporated into subsequent delivery.
The result was more than a digital manual. LIV Golf created a shared operational environment that could support a large and changing network of people, make detailed information easier to find and keep teams connected to the latest way of working throughout the season.

A complex event series relies on knowledge being shared across organisations, locations and changing teams.
Eventflow gave LIV Golf the infrastructure to keep that knowledge accessible, current and connected throughout its 2026 season.
By treating the Event Operations Manual as part of event delivery rather than as a static document, LIV Golf established a consistent operational foundation that supported teams across its global 2026 calendar.
