The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is the region’s leading hosted-buyer event for the meetings and incentives industry. With hundreds of exhibitors and hosted buyers, and multiple audience types to coordinate, smooth operations are critical.

Prior to working with Eventflow, AIME relied on a competitor’s exhibitor manual platform. While it met basic functional requirements, it was plagued by service issues — slow support, sluggish performance, and, in one high-stakes moment, a complete system outage just before a crucial deadline.
