Eventflow Selected by Julius Solaris for IBTM World AI Showcase

Eventflow, the award-winning event operations platform, has been selected by event tech expert and Founder of Boldpush, Julius Solaris, as one of ten startups to take part in AI for Events - Demo Day LIVE, a new AI showcase taking place at IBTM World in Barcelona.

Eventflow and other selected startups will demonstrate their technology in the new AI Demo Area and take part in lightning demo rounds on the Future Stage, moderated by Solaris.

The showcase will take place as part of IBTM World, one of RX's flagship global events, held from 17–19 November 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. As a leading gathering for the global meetings and events industry, IBTM World brings together more than 2,500 exhibitors and over 12,000 industry professionals to address the sector's biggest challenges and accelerate transformation, showcasing the latest innovations in event technology.

Eventflow’s selection reflects growing industry interest in how AI can be applied to practical operational challenges, including exhibitor, sponsor and speaker management. For many organisers, these workflows still rely heavily on manual chasing, shared inboxes, spreadsheets and repeated support queries in the months leading up to an event.

Eventflow provides organisers with a branded platform for managing event information, forms, deadlines and communications. Its AI assistant allows exhibitors and sponsors to ask questions and receive answers based on content uploaded for their specific event, helping reduce repetitive enquiries and making it easier for users to find the information they need.

The company has seen growing adoption among organisers looking to streamline exhibitor and partner operations. Goodwood recently selected Eventflow’s AI-powered platform to support more than 200 world-class partnerships across its 2026 flagship events programme. In addition, CloserStill Media has begun a pilot of Eventflow to review how it can streamline operational efficiency at one of its flagship events.

Eventflow was announced as one of the selected startups by Julius Solaris on LinkedIn, following more than 50 applications for the programme. The chosen startups will appear alongside a pool of established event technology companies, who will present their latest AI capabilities as part of the programme.

AI for Events - Demo Day LIVE will bring together selected startups, established technology providers, speakers and event professionals to explore how AI is being applied across the events sector.
