AIME named Best Event in 2025

AIME has been named Best Event in 2025 and Best Trade Show in 2025 at the Australian Business Events Association Awards, held in Melbourne on 4 December 2025.

For one of the most important events in the global business events calendar, this is huge recognition, and the whole team at Eventflow could not be prouder to have supported the show behind the scenes.

A record breaking year for AIME

The awards cap what has already been a landmark year for AIME.

The 2025 edition in Melbourne welcomed more than 4,500 attendees, 675 exhibitors and over 640 hosted buyers, making it the largest AIME in more than a decade and cementing its place as the leading business events trade show in Asia Pacific.

Independent post show research projects around AUD 400 million in business between exhibitors and buyers as a result of AIME 2025, a 21 per cent increase compared with the 2024 show.

Those numbers tell a powerful story about the health of the business events sector and the importance of AIME as a platform for deals, connections and ideas.

Eventflow’s role behind the scenes
